Foraging offers numerous benefits that go beyond just the enjoyment of exploring the great outdoors. For me, foraging turns my hikes into treasure hunting.  Also, it’s made me awed at the uniqueness of nature as well as how everything is connected.  Foraging and then using what I forage brings me a special connection with nature that I find inspiring.
